Terms and Conditions, Cancellation Policy, and General House Rules

In principle, the following applies: our events, courses, and services (both online and offline) are valid on the specified days and within the scope of the listed services in the description. We offer courses, tastings, events, and services related to beverages, cooking, and culinary arts. We do not engage in trade, distribution, or promotional events. We are an independent educational institution specializing in beverage and culinary topics.

Payment

Payments are accepted through credit card and bank transfer. Our staff does not accept cash, and we do not offer on-site payments.

For both ticket bookings and private reservations, payment is due at the time of booking. For private events, we also provide the option to make a deposit of 80% of the total price at the time of booking.

Cancellation Fees and Changes to Bookings

It's always unfortunate when you're unable to attend your reservation, but don't worry.

Please cancel your booking via email to clarify in writing whether cancellation fees apply. If you're rescheduling the event for a new date, even if cancellation charges are applicable, we'll accommodate you – refer to discounts for rescheduling.

21 to 8 days before the event:

For open tastings (ticket purchase): No fee

For private/exclusive bookings: A 20% cancellation fee is applicable. This means you'll receive an 80% refund of the total amount already paid.

 

7 to 4 days before the event:

For open tastings (ticket purchase): 50% cancellation fee

For private/exclusive bookings: A 100% cancellation fee is applicable. This means no refund is provided for the total amount paid as our venue and staff are exclusively reserved for you, and food/products are already in preparation.

 

3 to 0 days before the event:

A 100% cancellation fee is applicable. This means no refund is provided for the total amount paid.

For rescheduling, you'll receive a 20% discount on the total price of the new booking.

We always strive to find an alternative to still welcome you to the Atelier. Let us know in advance, and we'll explore options to make your visit possible.

General House Rules

We reserve the right to exclude drunk guests or guests who behave inappropriately towards our staff or other guests from our classes and our locations.

Groups

The person who makes the booking also confirms the booking conditions for the people accompanying them.

Simply contact us if you have any questions, changes or rebookings and together we will find a suitable way or an alternative. The sooner we know, the more changes and options we can offer you.
